 Project Contribution:Information and Application Architect in the Siebel Application Architecture team.
Setting up the Information Architecture for use in the CRM program. Creation of the Meta Model for Information Architecture with IBM Information Framework. CRM was the example for Information Architecture in the rest of the bank.
Creative, consulting and controlling roles as Application Architect in Business Studies and Definition Studies for the Siebel application. Generally acting in the specification phase of the project.

 Project Contribution:Information architect, technical team lead and member of the integration team. Information architecture, global sourcing (India), analysis, design, construction and integration testing of interfaces and data model changes. Responsible for all batch interfaces and data domain of the application. Realisation of the initial data load into Siebel. Used tools were Siebel implementation method for the bank, WWPMM, global sourcing delivery model, Siebel data fix method for the bank (developed by me), IBM Information Framework for financial services, client interviews, the standard Siebel method for mapping interfaces, Siebel's EIM and IFB files.

 Project Description:Ariba Buyer 7.0.4/ 7.1a and Ariba Contracts implementation for a large Dutch railroad company.
 Project Contribution:Process improvement of various procurement processes with Ariba Buyer (7.0.4 and 7.1a) and Ariba Contracts. Analysis, design, construction, system testing, implementation and second line support for change requests relating to custom java classes, javascript business rules, TIBCO integration events and xml extensions to the Ariba object model. Definition and implementation of procurement processes. This included a major migrition from version 7.0.4 to version 7.1a.
Responsible for the preparation of functional and application management parties for the turn over of the end product to the standing organisation and further roll out to other divisions.
Presentation of three workshops about system documentation, technical details of Ariba and the interface to the SmartStream back office. Coaching of three collegues as double up. Writing of system and functional documentation. And more.
